Backed up by Improven’s whole organisation they take on direct responsibility for the timely implementation of improvement, restructuring, internationalisation and corporate-finance projects.
- The working team in any project is usually made up by a set of persons (from 3 to 6) with experience in company management, including specialists in the areas of production, marketing and sales, finances, strategy, procurement, human resources, corporate finance, … The teams are set up specifically and ad hoc for each particular project, with a clear division of roles and duties, blending professional profiles of engineers, financiers and executives.
- These teams always work jointly, focusing on problem solving and dealing with complicated situations from a position of independence and with a working methodology tried and tested in over 300 companies.
- Improven’s team is the main driving force behind the company’s management improvements and changes, acting as catalysts from within the firm itself.
- Improven’s team act as coaches of the company’s executive team. Projects are implemented jointly with them, involving them fully in the company transformation plan as a whole or an area in particular. This is done by building up a cultural change within the staff, over and beyond the revamping of insufficiently profitable processes, changing behaviour to optimise results.
